It was a perfect and comfy location next to a bus stop. The property was set in a special area.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area yet close to the city center and shopping mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and even though it was a junior suite, it had a "huge" flatscreen TV. The free wifi was a great convenience. The receptionist lady was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the bus terminal and still close to the city center.

Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a separate sitting area and a big balcony on the first floor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a delightful start to the day, offering a good selection of food.

It is 1 hour walk to city center!

The rooms are basic but very clean, and the hotel is very close to town. The staff was incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful. They gave us directions, helped us sort out a translator for business meetings last-minute, ordered wine from the local vineyard for me to take back home and they even helped me with a document that I had forgotten at the hotel by sending it to Sarajevo by Fed-Ex! Thank you, thank you, thank you! If I ever go back to Banja Luka I will definitely stay with you again.

Very clean hotel with excellent craftsmanship and fine materials. Suite room had a queen bed and separated area with a desk and twin bed. Good water pressure in the shower and eco-friendly shower gel/soap dispensers. Room service prices were reasonable. Strong and reliable wifi. Lovely breakfast room with a variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. I recommend this hotel.
